XAUShare provides blockchain-based digital representations of gold measured in milligrams (1mg per XAUShare unit), prepaid QR-enabled cards, merchant payment tools, and buy/redeem functionality using supported stablecoins. All transactions are recorded on-chain and may involve smart contracts deployed on public blockchain networks.
XAUShare does not provide banking services, investment advice, brokerage services, or custodial wallet services unless explicitly stated.
Digital assets involve technological, regulatory, and market risks. Token value may fluctuate. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, recovery phrases, and wallet access credentials.
XAUShare may require identity verification before enabling certain actions including redemption, transfers, or higher transaction limits. Required information may include full name, date of birth, nationality, government-issued identification, proof of address, selfie verification, and supporting documentation.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in account restriction, suspension, or denial of service.
XAUShare implements Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing procedures. Transactions may be monitored, flagged, delayed, or rejected if deemed suspicious.
We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities and to freeze or restrict accounts when legally required.
You represent that you are not subject to sanctions, embargoes, or restrictions imposed by any applicable authority. Access from prohibited jurisdictions may be blocked.
Redemption requests are subject to verification, compliance review, and network confirmation. Estimated receive values are displayed prior to confirmation but may vary due to market conditions, gas fees, or liquidity constraints.
XAUShare reserves the right to apply transaction fees where disclosed.
Blockchain network fees (gas) are paid by the user. Additional platform or processing fees may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation.
You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with digital asset usage.
